Returns, Refund and Exchanges Policy

At MISQ, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied and your item is unopened and unused, you may return it within 2 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To start the process, please contact our customer service team at [email/contact form] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
